Can I track the delivery of my Healthy Heart Check?

You can track the delivery of your Healthy Heart Check using Royal Mail's delivery tracker.

Important: If you purchased your Healthy Heart Check through one of our pharmacy or healthcare partners, we may not have access to delivery tracking information. In these cases, your tracking information should be provided by the partner organisation.

How do i find my Royal Mail tracking number?

Once PocDoc has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Your Royal Mail tracking number
• A link to Royal Mail's tracking page

How do I track my order using Royal Mail?

1. Visit Royal Mail's delivery tracker or use the link in your dispatch confirmation email.
2. Enter your tracking number into the search box.
3. Your delivery status will be displayed immediately.

Note that orders which have not yet been dispatched cannot be tracked.
