Once you have ordered your PocDoc Healthy Heart Check, your test kit is usually dispatched within 4–5 working days and should arrive shortly afterwards. You will be sent an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
PocDoc manufacture the Healthy Heart Check to the highest standards and distribute from our factory in the UK. During periods of exceptionally high demand, dispatch may take a little longer than usual.

Important: If you are waiting for a delivery please check:
- The delivery address at the bottom of your original order confirmation email.
- If you need to amend or change your delivery address, please contact our helpdesk by clicking here as soon as possible.
Occasionally, a test kit may be returned to us because the delivery address was incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise undeliverable. If this happens, we will contact you to confirm the correct address details and arrange for the kit to be resent as quickly as possible.
