What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If you believe you entered an incomplete or incorrect delivery address when placing your order, please contact our help desk by clicking here as soon as possible.


When contacting us please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The incorrect address
  • The correct delivery address


If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address in our system where possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will work with you to find the best solution and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
