How do I prepare for my Healthy Heart Check?

Before starting your Healthy Heart Check, please work through the steps below.

Check the full list of compatible devices here
Download and sign up to the PocDoc app on a compatible device
Ensure you enable notifications for the PocDoc app on your device
Drink a large glass of water at least 30 minutes before you test
Wash your hands in warm water, then dry them thoroughly
In a well lit area with natural light lay out all the parts of the test kit on a flat surface
You can watch the step by step video guide on our website, before starting the test or follow the step by step instructions in the PocDoc app

You should also make sure you have enough time to complete the test without interruption. The app will guide you through each step.
