PocDoc's Results Guarantee is designed to ensure that you receive a successful test result.
If you complete your test and the app is unable to provide a result, we will replace your kit free of charge until you obtain a successful result.
The Results Guarantee applies to tests that produce an unsuccessful outcome. It does not cover:
- Expired test kits
- Unused test kits
Please note that it is the user's responsibility to:
- Check that their test kit is within its expiry date before use.
- To use the kit as instructed in the PocDoc app
