There are 2 parts of PocDoc's Healthy Heart Check that you will need to answer some questions. These are the personal information questionnaire and the health questionnaire. It is imperative that all the information you enter into these questionnaires are correct as they can affect your result, or even stop your results being sent to you. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no way to change the answers that get entered once the test has been completed.
If you are completing a test with a HCP (Health Care Professional ), it is possible that your HCP may enter these details for you. Although rare, there have been some cases in which HCPs have entered patient information incorrectly, resulting in incorrect results or results not being received.
What to do if a HCP has entered your information incorrectly
If this happens to you, or you think this has happened to you, you should contact the HCPs who carried out your test, and explain to them that you need them to re-do the test as unfortunately there is no way to change the answers that are entered into these questionnaires.
