What if my tests is unsuccessful?

At PocDoc, we want to make sure everyone gets the results they need to better understand their heart health. With this in mind, we have put in place our results guarantee - we will replace your kit for free until you get a successful test. 


How to claim your free replacement Healthy Heart Check

You can claim your free replacement directly in the PocDoc app by tapping the bell icon in the top left of the home screen. See image below:

I have been unable to use the lancet or transfer pipette / something else has happened

Please email support@mypocdoc.com with the following information:

  • The email address used to set up your PocDoc account
  • The name of the organisation that supplied your test kit
  • A brief description of what has gone wrong
