Yes — an internet connection is required to complete your PocDoc Healthy Heart Check. You can connect via WiFi or mobile data.
Why do I need an internet connection?
Your internet connection is needed to:
- Create your PocDoc account - to keep your data secure
- Sign in and out - of your PocDoc account
- Analyse your test chip - our cloud-based AI algorithms process your blood sample results
- Send your results back - to your device
What if my connection is slow?
A slow or unstable internet connection may affect the test. If you are unsure about your connection speed, you can run a quick test here: Check your internet speed.
We recommend completing your test in a location where you have a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
