What is included in my PocDoc Healthy Heart Check kit?

Your PocDoc Healthy Heart Check kit contains everything you need to complete your lipid test:

• 1 x Quick start guide — includes your activation code and instructions
• 1 x Alcohol wipe — to clean your finger before taking the sample
• 1 x Lancet — to make a small finger-prick on your finger
• 2 x Pipettes — to collect and transfer your blood sample onto the test chip
• 1 x Pack of gauze — to stop your finger bleeding after the sample is taken
• 1 x Test chip — to place your blood sample on for analysis by the PocDoc app - The white test chip is located inside the silver foil pouch - once opened the test chip must be used within 1 hour
