Why wasn't I offered a replacement test in the app?

Replacement tests are only offered automatically when a test has been completed and the PocDoc app records an unsuccessful result.


If you experienced a problem before completing the test, such as:

  • Difficulty using the lancet or transfer pipette
  • Missing or damaged kit components
  • Any issue that prevented you from completing the test

the PocDoc app will not be able to identify that a replacement is required.


In these circumstances, please contact our help desk here  and we will assess your situation and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
