You can claim your free replacement directly in the PocDoc app by tapping the bell icon in the top left of the home screen.

I have been unable to use the lancet or transfer pipette / something else has happened

Please email support@mypocdoc.com with the following information:

• The email address used to set up your PocDoc account
• The name of the organisation that supplied your test kit
• A brief description of what has gone wrong
