Is my device compatible?

Before purchasing a PocDoc Healthy Heart Check, please make sure your smart device meets the minimum requirements below. You will need a compatible device to complete the test and receive accurate results.

Important: It is possible to install the PocDoc app on devices that are not on the compatible list, however your results may not be accurate. To guarantee an accurate result you must use a device from our compatible devices list.

Is PocDoc available outside the UK?

At present, the PocDoc Healthy Heart Check is only available in the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK, the PocDoc app will not be available to download in your country.

If you are based in Europe

If you have purchased a PocDoc Healthy Heart Check from a retailer in a European country, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately you will be unable to download the PocDoc app needed to complete the test.

To obtain a refund please contact the retailer you purchased the kit from. We would also appreciate you letting us know this has happened - contact us here so we can work to prevent this from happening again.
