As a healthcare professional conducting PocDoc Healthy Heart Checks on patients, you need the PocDoc Pro app (blue icon).
PocDoc Pro is exclusively for healthcare professionals such as GPs, pharmacists, and other clinical staff who are testing other people. It is not available for self-testing.
Important: Healthcare professionals must not use the PocDoc app (pink icon) to test patients. The PocDoc app is designed for self-testing only and is not validated for use by healthcare professionals testing other people. Using the wrong app may result in inaccurate results. Always use PocDoc Pro when conducting tests on patients.

Important — make sure you have a Pro account
PocDoc Pro requires a professional account to be set up by the PocDoc team before you can use it. If you have not yet been set up with an account, please contact us at support@mypocdoc.com with your name, organisation, and role and we will get you started.
Your patients do not need to download any app
If you are testing a patient using PocDoc Pro, your patient does not need to download or use any app. Their results will be sent to them directly by email once the test is complete.
If a patient contacts you asking which app they need to download, please reassure them that no app is required on their part.
