The PocDoc app is available from the Google Play Store for compatible Android smart devices.

Please note: The PocDoc app requires Android 11 or higher, or iOS 11 or higher. If your device does not meet these requirements you will not be able to install the app. Check the full list of compatible devices here.
Not in the UK?
At present, the PocDoc app is only available in the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK the app will not be available to download in your country.
If you are based in Europe
If you have purchased a PocDoc Healthy Heart Check from a retailer in a European country, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately you will be unable to download the PocDoc app needed to complete the test.
To obtain a refund please contact the retailer you purchased the kit from. We would also appreciate you letting us know at support@mypocdoc.com so we can work to prevent this from happening again.
We hope to make PocDoc available in Europe in the future — watch this space!
