Your Healthy Heart Check provides an accurate result when it's stored and used according to the PocDoc Healthy Heart Check Self Test Instructions For Use (Self Test IFU).
Storage and temperature
Store your kit between 2°C and 30°C. Take the test in a room between 15°C and 30°C.
If the test is stored or used outside of these ranges, we can't guarantee the accuracy of your results.
Where do I find the expiry date?
Please check the expiry date before you test. You'll find it in two places:
- On the sticker sealing the blue test box
- On the silver foil pouch containing the lipid test chip, inside the blue box
The test must be used before this date.
Use the test chip within one hour of opening the pouch
Once the foil pouch is open, use the test chip within one hour. Air exposure dries out the chip, which affects how it reacts with blood.
