Installing the PocDoc app outside the UK

At the moment PocDoc's Healthy Heart Check is only available inside the UK. This means that if your app store (apple devices) or play store (android devices) are registered outside the UK you will not be able to install the app. 

I am inside the UK, but my app store / play store account is registered outside the UK

To change your regional settings, please see the steps below:

Apple devices

Settings, tap your name > Media & Purchases > View Account > Country/Region.

Android devices

navigate to Settings > System (or General Management) > Languages & input > Region  

I want to do a Healthy Heart Check, but I am outside the UK 

Unfortunately, at this time you will be unable to install the PocDoc app if you are based outside the UK. We apologise for any disappointment, however this is due to differing medical laws and regulations across different countries.

The good news is that we are currently working on expanding across different countries, so look out for PocDoc in your area. We appreciate your interest in PocDoc, and your patience while we work on expanding our reach.
