The PocDoc app is for self-test customers using the Healthy Heart Test Kit. The app is available on Android devices from Google, Motorola and Samsung and iOS devices from Apple.

You will only be allowed to install the PocDoc app if your device supports Android 11 or higher, and iOS 11 and higher.

Please not that it is possible to install the PocDoc app on incompatible devices, but the results may not be accurate. To get an accurate result you MUST use a compatible device. The current list of compatible devices is available here: https://pocdoc.co/compatible-devices.

Android devices

iOS devices

Please note: At moment the PocDoc Healthy Heart Check is not available for sale in any European Country.  If you have been able to purchase our product in an EU country you will be unable to download and install the PocDoc app needed to complete the PocDoc Healthy Heart Check. We apologise if you have experienced this issue. To obtain a refund you will have to contact the retailer you purchased the PocDoc Healthy Heart Kit from. We would appreciate you letting us that this has happened at support@mypocdoc.com.
