How to request account deletion

You can request your PocDoc account is deleted by contacting PocDoc Support. To achieve this, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email requesting account deletion to PocDoc support@mypocdoc.com. You must send the email from the email address used to create your PocDoc account.
  2. PocDoc Support will reply, acknowledging receipt of your request.
  3. PocDoc Support will reply, after we have completed your request.


What data is deleted/ retained

Our aim is to remove your personally identifiable data, whilst maintaining clinical results for contractual, regulatory or legal reasons.


To achieve this, we will delete the following from our databases:

  • Email address
  • First name and surname
  • Date of birth


Additionally, the following will be modified:

  • Postcode (only the postcode district will remain)


The following categories of data will not be removed:

  • Test health data submitted with your PocDoc Test
  • Test image data submitted with your PocDoc Test
  • Test performance data created with the PocDoc Test
  • PocDoc Support communications (for example, your request to have your account deleted)
