How do I reset my password

If you need to reset your password, here is a step-by-step guide of how you can do this.

1. Press the 'forgot your password' button on the sign in page
2. Once you have been re-directed, enter your email address and wait for the message to tell you that an email has been sent
3. Check your email for a 'password reset code'
4. You will need to enter that code before typing your new password and confirming it
5. You will then get a 'password has been set message telling you that your new password has been set, and you can use it to log in at any time.

NOTE - if you do not receive a code to the email address you have entered (remember to check your junk/spam mailbox)  this means the email address you are using has not been used to set up your account. If you have forgotten the email address you registered with contact support@mypocdoc.com for help.
