If you have recently had a Healthy Heart Check carried out by a healthcare professional such as a pharmacist, GP or at an event, your results will be emailed to you.
What to expect
You will receive two separate emails:
- An email containing your results as a with a link to a password protected PDF
- A separate email containing the password to open the PDF
Both emails will be sent to the email address you provided to your healthcare professional at the time of your test.
Can't find your results email?
If you cannot find your results please check the following:
- Check your junk or spam folder — results emails can sometimes be filtered here
- Make sure you are checking the correct email account — the one you provided during your test
- Check that both emails have arrived — the results link to the PDF and the password are sent separately

If you have checked all of the above and still cannot find your results, please contact us at support@mypocdoc.com with the email address you provided during your test and we will be happy to help.
