To calculate your healthy heart age, we use something called Qrisk. This combines many aspects of a patients lifestyle such as age, gender and even things like postcode that can affect the health of your heart. The first requirement is to be in-between the ages 25-84. The other reason you may not have had a healthy heart score calculated is if you have diabetes or if you have previously had cardiovascular diseaseIf you are not inside this bracket or have one of these illnesses then we cannot calculate a healthy heart score, however you can still take part in the lipid tests. If you are inside this age bracket, have not had diabetes or CVD and still have not been given a healthy heart age, then you can contact us at support@mypocdoc.com and we will help you find the root of the issue, and / or calculate your healthy heart age manually.
